GUEST SPEAKER  Primary Ethics - Sandra Banta


Primary Ethics was established to give school students the opportunity to explore ethical dilemmas. They are an independent not-for-profit organisation and the sole approved provider of ethics classes to NSW public schools.

Sandra Banta has volunteered as an ethics teacher and regional manager for the last decade. She is also the area manager for the Regional North and West and Rural North Directorates within New South Wales.

Sandra’s presentation will be an informative and interesting introduction to ethics education.

We are offering an Introduction/Familiarisation session to any members who are interested in joining our meetings via ZOOM. Please see below for details.

(Zoom is an online meeting sytem for computers and some phones)

 If you haven’t used Zoom before or want to get bettter at using Zoom we will be running an introduction/play session for members in using Zoom.

 This session will be to learn/practise using Zoom in an environment where any connection and participation problems can be worked out.    

 The session will be held a week before the next RTA monthly meeting. That is Friday, 7th February 2025 beginning at 1PM and go for about an hour.

You do not need to have a camera on your computer to participate, (you will be able to see and talk to people in the meeting but they will obviously not be able to see you).

 You can also use a mobile phone to join the meeting but with a small screen not all participants will be seen on the screen at once and check the mobile data cost if you are not using a wifi connection.
