Thomas Wentworth Wills was an Australian sportsman who is credited with being Australia's first cricketer of significance and a founder of Australian rules football.

The centenary committee is hoping to compile a booklet including information, memories and photos of the last 100 years.

SAILING ON SYDNEY HARBOUR - THE HISTORY OF 18-FOOTERS

A hundred years ago the biggest sports during a Sydney summer were cricket and 18-footer sailing. Thousands flocked to the shores, and a fleet of ferries followed the races. Skippers were the rockstars of sport.

The presentation covers the history of the boats focusing on a number of key people.

This is not a presentation about just sailing. It is about a different era and the characters that filled the sport.
